Pre-requisites: You must have the "Manage cross-reference lists" user right.
- Navigate to the gear icon > Data Management > Cross-References (in the Purchasing section).
- Select the organization whose cross-references you want to update.
- To import a list of cross-reference click Import.
- To edit existing references, click any cross-reference list. You can edit the basic data, source code, and target code.
- When finished, click Save to save the data.
- Click Export to export the selected list's data to a CSV file.
