How do I create Department for Work and Pensions Dynamic Purchasing System items?
Instructions:
- Login to commerce hub with your Basware account at the following address:
https://buyers.procserveonline.com/admin/login/auth
- Once logged in select Product Manager as shown below:

- On the Product Manager page you will then need to click into Items and then click on the create button as shown below:

- Once you are in the creating item page you must make sure you drop down the “Item type:” box and select Contract Item as shown below:

- Once you have specified that you wish to create a Contract item you must then select which contract this is for. Click on select as shown below and then use the relevant contract.
- At this point if the DWP DPS contract is not visible or if you have any queries on the further information required on this creating contract item page, you will need to speak to the DWP on the following email address: cdfsf.adhocprocurement@dwp.gsi.gov.uk
