BT Monitor - Error e-mail: Attachment was not found


What is the issue?

This error notification email is sent automatically from BT when an attachment cannot be found within 48 hours.

Service BT, E-invoice for Sending, Integrated solution (BTS, FTP etc.)
Error message Attachment 'xxxxx' was not found.

 

Resolution:

The invoice data contains a reference to an attachment file that cannot be found. Please check that you have sent correctly named attachment together with the invoice data or should there even be a reference for an attachment.

Remember that the attachment file needs to be sent before the actual invoice data.
