The survey is sent out after each closed ticket via email and the open survey can be also reached from the Support Portal, in the top navigation “Give Feedback”.
You will receive a message after the feedback has been sent.
Feedback can also be sent by clicking on the notebook icon from the e-mail received from Basware Support.
