When signing in to Basware Purchase Manager using Single Sign-On (SSO), you may encounter an error code if the login process cannot be completed.  Error 90055 – Login Token Processing Error

 

What it means

* The SAML login response was received but could not be processed.

**What end users should do**

* Retry the login.
* Verify if multiple users are getting the same error. 

Common cause

If the SAML certificate is expired.  


Error 90070 – Invalid Login / NT User ID

 

 

What it means

The SSO authentication was successful, but the username received from the Identity Provider does not match the user's configured NT Domain Login in Purchase Manager.

What end users should do

* Contact your system administrator and provide the error code.
* Confirm that your username or login ID has not recently changed.


Common causes

* The NT Domain Login in Purchase Manager does not match the username sent by the Identity Provider.
* The user's username or email address was changed but not updated in Purchase Manager.

 

 

Error 90075 – Invalid Signature / Certificate Validation Failed

The SSO request could not be validated because the digital signature or certificate verification failed.
This is commonly caused by users accessing Purchase Manager through an incorrect or outdated login link.
