Overview
We experienced a degradation issue with the Vault application. The issue began on March 10 and was resolved on March 19. During this period, documents were not transferred to the Vault as expected.
This was only a delay in archiving; no data has been lost.
Current Status:
All the pending documents have been archived and Vault is back to normal.
