IP - User Account not working


What is the issue?

User account is not working and the user cannot login into IP.

Resolution:

  1. Open IP Admin.
  2. Open User Management.
  3. Check that the 'User account active' is checked in 'Basic Data' tab.

  4. Open the 'User Rights' tab.
  5. Check that the user has a user group.

  6. Open the 'Licenses' tab.
  7. Check that the user has the necessary licenses. For example, Thinclient license for Thinclient users.
