What is the issue?

Forgotten the username and/or password for BT Monitor and/or Cloudscan.

Resolution:

BT Monitor's and Cloudscan's username and password are the same.

To reset the password, goto BT-Monitor to change the password: https://bt.basware.com

Forgotten password can be ordered on to the Login page from the link “Forgot your password?”

Username is the user’s email address, which is to be used when the new password will be delivered for the forgotten one.

Password can be set at Settings:

1. Manage users -> Search users (your username)
2. Click Search -> Edit -> Write your new password and Confirm password and click Update.
