How to access and edit your Customer Support portal?

Instructions:

• Go to https://basware.service-now.com/bw and login with your credentials.
• Next, click on your name in the upper right corner and select “Profile”:

 

Your profile is shown.

• By selecting a field, a smaller pop-up will appear where you can add/edit your information:
  
  • You can upload a picture
  • Add a phone number
  • Enable or disable notification
