Basware utilizes Cloudflare as a web proxy towards a subset of our SaaS services.  

For Customer who wish or have imposed further security restrictions by whitelisting Cloudflare IP ranges within your firewall configuration, here is further guidance that should be reviewed by your IT team.

 

 

Customer Instructions:

We want to ensure that customers' IT Departments are aware that the Cloudflare IP ranges may change and customers are responsible to monitor those IP range changes in order to avoid having users blocked towards Basware Services.
