Since 5 January 2026, 14:00 UTC, we have been experiencing an issue affecting Basware Peppol service.
Customers sending invoices to the receivers behind Peppol network may notice intermittent document delivery delays.
Current Status
We are currently running our systems at full capacity to work through the backlog and minimize delays.
We will provide the next status update once the backlog has been cleared.
