Please verify the receiver id of the message that cannot be routed. A receiver ID is a unique identifier of a receiving party. Most common examples are GLN code (Global location number, provided by GS1 :http://gepir.gs1.org/v32/xx/default.aspx?Lang=en-US/) and VAT number (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/VAT_identification_number) but basically any unique identifier is possible if that is used in the configuration.
In case of a routing error, either the receiver ID is wrong (check first : syntax, wrong number, meant for a different receiver,...) or it is unknown. If you are sure the receiver is is correct, it is probably unknown in your configuration.
BaswareONE is a point to point platform. If a receiver is connected to BaswareONE, it is not automatically connected to you as a sender. Configuration must be verified and a billable change may be required to set up the routing:
