Overview

Since 12 August 2025, 05:00 UTC, we have been experiencing an outage affecting Basware Portal services. Customers may encounter:


Current Status

A fix was successfully deployed to the production environment at 13:00 UTC, and initial performance results show positive improvements. The system is currently processing the backlog generated during the incident.

Once the backlog is cleared, we will move into the aftercare phase, focusing on the impacted documents.
