How to send a reminder registration email to a supplier.

Instructions:

• To send a reminder registration email to a supplier you will need to log into your Basware account and click on Settings > Supplier Registration.

• Once in the Supplier Registration page you will need to search for the supplier you wish to send the reminder to.

This can be completed by entering the supplier DUNs number into the search bar that the top of the page.

Once you see the supplier in question. You will want to ensure the email address under the contact information is still correct.

• If this is the case, please click in the tick box on the far left of the supplier record and then from the drop-down box at the bottom of the page > Select send them a reminder email > Press Go.

You will then be shown a template of the email that is being sent to the supplier. If you are happy with this email you will need to click on the send button at the bottom of the page.
