BT - Error e-mail: Received attachment does not contain any data


What is the issue?

This error notification email is sent automatically from BT when the attachment is empty.

Service BT, E-invoice for Sending, Integrated solution (BTS, FTP etc.)
Error message Attachment 'xxxx' has no content. The file length is 0 bytes.

Resolution:

  • Please check that the attachment sent over to Basware has valid content and resend the invoice along with correct attachment.
  • If you are unable to resolve the issue on your own, please provide the following information to Basware Service Desk.
    • Error email contents
    • Checks and verifications done.
