While reviewing the reported quality feedback, we identified one or more documents that were missing mandatory information in order for us to perform the quality analysis. 

Example

The reported feedback did not contain the BUMID or Scan Service ID's (for older Scan and Capture service) for the business documents. It is mandatory to have a unique identifier for each business document in order for us to locate the correct file for further analysis.

Customer actions

Please ensure mandatory information will be included when submitting data capture quality feedback forms to Basware.

Mandatory information:

• BUMID
• Name of the problematic field in the business document
• Expected value to be captured

Basware actions

This error does not require any actions from Basware.
