Summary:

Basware Vault is an automated e-archiving service for long-term storage of electronic invoices and other business documents. With Basware Vault, you can automate invoice archiving and simplify the access to business documents.

If not available in the Basware Portal view, it means the service is not active for your account and it can be implemented by out implementation team on request as a billable service.

Instructions:

• When activated, the Vault can be reached via the Basware Portal.

The steps for downloading the documents from Basware Vault are the following:

• Please log in to Basware Portal,  go to Vault from the top navigation column and click on Search Vault content.

• Please select the required time frame by the Document date and click on Search.
  
  

• Once the period is selected, the Download button will be active and you can download the required archive from the search results shown in a list view with key index criteria.

Also you can search archived documents based on another various search criteria, like document type, amount, currency etc.
