IP - User unable to see requsitions/orders in the PurchasePool even though visible in Search

Summary : User unable to see requisitions/orders in the Purchase Pool(right image below) even though visible in Search(left image) section.


Cause: There is a parameter by the name of MAXADVANCEDSEARCHROWS which defines the number of search results to be displayed. If the search results are more than the number defined in the parameter, there will be an error(Number of order rows exceeds limit. Revise search). The error message will be displayed only for a split second.


Resolution: First change the value of the parameter MAXADVANCEDSEARCHROWS to a value larger than the current value and then check if the error still exists.

This can be done via PM admin:

PM Admin -> Configuration -> Parameters

And then search for the parameter MAXADVANCEDSEARCHROWS and change it.
