Summary:
This article provides instructions and guidelines for adding a new user to the Basware AP Automation system.
The user addition in Basware AP Automation can be handled by users who have Basware AP administrator rights.
Note: If you handle user management for your company and do not have Basware AP administrator access, you can request it from the user who has Basware AP System administrator access for your company.
Instructions:
1: Open the Administration tab.
2: Select Users from the side menu and click the Add button.
3: Enter the mandatory user details in the Basic Data section.
There are some mandatory fields in this tab
4: Open the User Groups section and assign the appropriate user group access to the user.
5: Next, navigate to the Settings tab, complete all required fields, and click the Save button.
