Overview

This article explains the timeframe of data available across different dashboards to help users understand how much historical information can be viewed.

For all dashboards other than Process dashboards, data is available for:

• Past three full calendar years, plus
• The current year (year-to-date)

For example, if today is in 2026, you will see data for full calendar years 2023, 2024, 2025, and 2026 YTD (assuming data exists in AP Automation for those periods).

 

For Process-related dashboards, data is available for:

• Past one full calendar year, plus
• The current year (year-to-date)

This shorter timeframe is used due to the relatively large size of the Process dataset and to ensure a focus on recent process performance and operational insights.
