Overview
If your email to the Basware PDF e-Invoice service was rejected because your email is not registered, please contact your company administrator so that administrator can follow the steps below to register your email address and ensure emails are processed correctly.
How to Register Email Address
1. Log in to Basware Account

- Open your web browser and navigate to the Basware login page Basware Portal.
- Enter your username and password to log in.

2. Navigate to the Services Section

- Once logged in, go to the Services section from the main menu.

3. Verify PDF e-Invoice Status

- Ensure that the PDF e-invoice service has a green checkmark next to it. This indicates that the service is active.
- Complete all the required fields to activate the service if the green checkmark is absent.

4. Check Email Address Confirmation

- Click on the PDF e-invoice to view registered email addresses.
- Verify that email address is listed with the status "Confirmed".

5. Confirm Pending Email Addresses

- If an email address status is "Pending confirmation", newly added user requires to check an inbox and spam folder for an email from no.reply@basware.com with the subject = "Invoice Sending".

- Open the email and click the Confirm button to finalize registration.

6. Add New Email Address

- If required email address is not listed, Contact your admin to add your email address.
- Click on + Sign to add a new email address within the PDF e-Invoice service settings.
- Add email address and click Save.
By having these steps implemented by the company administrator , you can ensure your email address is registered and confirmed, preventing future rejections when sending invoices to the Basware PDF e-Invoice service.
