Make sure:

There are three layout options available to view the invoice on the right-hand side of the screen(Near the Reset Search Option).

Instructions:

1: List only view Layout : Choosing the "List only" view layout will change how you see your information. In this layout, you will see a simple list format of the invoices without any additional details or images. This can make it easier to scan through items quickly.

 

2:- Full coding Layout: Choosing the Full Coding Layout means that you will have access to all coding options available in the system. This layout allows for more detailed customization and flexibility in your coding process.

 

3:- Half coding Layout : Choosing the Half Coding Layout in the Accounts Payable (AP) screen will change how information is displayed (you will see the coding rows in half view,header information and list of the all invoices). This layout provides a more compact view, allowing you to see more data at once without scrolling too much.

 

Show Tool Pannel: The "Show Tool Panel" option in the Accounts Payable (AP) module provides easy access to additional features and tools designed to streamline your workflow.

By enabling this panel, you can efficiently manage invoices and payments by utilizing various available functions. The tool panel allows you to add or remove tabs based on your needs. You can simply select or deselect checkboxes to enable or disable specific options accordingly.
