What is the issue?
The invoice dates in Basware IP application (Thinclient/Master/Monitor)are not in the correct format (despite right admin settings).
Check this:
- Open IP Admin
- Click on System Management ---> Configuration
- Click on the parameters under configuration
- Double click on any of the existing parameter lists
- Search for the parameter “DATEFORMAT”
- Now check the value of the parameter, is that the same what you are expecting?
Resolution:
- Open IP Admin
- Click on System Management ---> Configuration
- Click on the parameters under configuration
- Double click on any of the existing parameter lists
- Search for the parameter “DATEFORMAT”
- Set the value of the parameter to “DD/MM/YYYY”
- Click on save button.
- Finally restart IP application to get the change reflected.
Additional Information:
In case issue is still not resolved, then follow below mentioned steps.
- Check regional settings on the server (which overshadow the date format parameter settings).
- If the end-user is starting the application from Citrix server, then may be regional settings might not get reflected. In that case, please contact you internal Citrix/ IT team and ask them to check regional settings for the end-user’s profiles on Citrix server. Please ask them to sync affected user profile with correct user for which its working fine.
